Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent within 14 days after a return address is provided; otherwise, the return becomes ineligible.

Please note: Funvella does not cover shipping costs for returns.

Returns are not accepted for items marked as final sale or discounted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging—and you must provide proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If an exchange is provided, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
